Our logistics team works tirelessly to ensure that we have product ready for our customers whether a storm is coming and a DOT needs deicing materials, a county needs product for a dust control spray job or a private customer needs water delivered, we outperform expectations. We live by the motto “under promise and over deliver.”
In every area of GMCO, we strive to make the customer experience a positive one. Our drivers are experienced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our accounting and support staff are always available to work with customers on invoicing and delivery questions. Our area managers are out and about, visiting customers, asking for feedback, making sure our customers are happy and their experience with us is top-notch.
We always say, “give us the good, the bad and the ugly.” We love a compliment, but if we need to work on something, we want to know about it.
